Services and products offered on the website and the purchase process
Escuela de Español Vivo offers you the following services:
- Train your Spanish program (private use – only for 1 person). It is a subscription with an annual price of €35 including VAT or European VAT if applicable in the country of origin of the purchase. You can cancel the subscription before its annual renewal whenever you want.
- Train your Spanish program PLAN PROFESOR. It is a subscription with an annual price of €40 including VAT or European VAT if applicable in the country of origin of the purchase. You can cancel the subscription before its annual renewal whenever you want.
- Train your Spanish program PLAN PROFESOR PLUS. It is a subscription with an annual price of €159 including VAT or European VAT if applicable in the country of origin of the purchase. You can cancel the subscription before its annual renewal whenever you want.
- Train your Spanish program. Customized plan. The cost depends on number of students. It is a subscription with an annual price which includes VAT or European VAT if applicable in the country of origin of the purchase. You can cancel the subscription before its annual renewal whenever you want.
- Curso Básico for a price of € 120 including VAT or European VAT if applicable in the country of origin of the purchase.
- Curso Intermedio for a price of € 120 including VAT or European VAT if applicable in the country of origin of the purchase.
- Curso Perfecciona for a price of € 57 including VAT or European VAT if applicable in the country of origin of the purchase.
- Private classes either online from anywhere or face to face in Lanzarote. Different blocks of lessons to choose from. Prices vary from €30 to €180 if purchasing one of the packs offered. Customized packs subject to teacher´s availability.
The electronic purchasing process will be divided into 3 phases.
First Phase.- You can access the shopping cart through the purchase button that you can find on different pages of the web.
Second Phase.- Subsequently, you will be redirected to the cart page through the payment platform where after requesting your contact information, you can make the payment using Paypal or Credit Card.
Third Phase.- After making the payment, you will receive an email with the invoice and a username and password to access your account if you have not yet registered at the school. You can modify your username and password login into your personal account whenever you want.
If you have a discount coupon, due to any promotional action that I have carried out, you can include the code during the process of purchasing the service or product.
These discount coupons will not be cumulative in any case, and you cannot use one for each new purchase you make, nor can they be applied in conjunction with other promotions.
The purchasing process will be carried out in Spanish and English. Depending on the course or program that you have purchased, the materials you will receive will be only in Spanish or in Spanish and English.
I will not keep a copy of these conditions linked to your purchase, so I recommend that you keep a copy of them. However, I will send you a copy of the current purchasing conditions at the time of each purchase.
Right of exclusion
Escuela Español Vivo reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the website and the products offered without prior notice, at its own request or by a third party, to those users who do not comply with these terms of use.
Prices and payment methods
The prices applicable to each product and/or services are those indicated on the website on the date the order is placed plus VAT for transactions within Spanish territory or European VAT if applicable in the country of origin of the purchase.
The payment is always 100% in advance and the services will be provided when the payment is confirmed.
The prices of services and products may change at any time at the sole and exclusive discretion of Escuela Español Vivo. The Services and products don´t provide price protection and refunds in the event of price reductions or promotional offers. The price stipulated when making the payment will always govern for the Client.
The forms of payment accepted at www.escuelaespanolvivo.com are:
- Paypal
- Card, via Stripe. The cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity, but if said entity does not authorize the payment, I will not consider the purchase contract formalized.
Intellectual and Industrial Property
Ana María Meizoso Loureiro is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial property rights of the courses and all their content and the elements that appear on the web. All rights reserved.
You will only be able to view the contents of the ‘Train your Spanish’ program without the possibility of printing, copying or storing them on your computer’s hard drive or on any physical device.
In the different courses offered on the web, you have the possibility of printing and storing the lessons on your computer’s hard drive or on any physical device, but the total or partial reproduction of the downloadable ones is prohibited since they are for the personal use of the subscriber or client who obtains legal access to them. The edition, distribution, public communication, transformation, incorporation to a computer system, digital or mechanical transmission or by any form or means of all downloadable materials is also prohibited.
The acquisition of a digital service or product by more than one person will not be allowed in order to reduce the cost, that is, in making the payment by a single person for the online course, but whose access would facilitate the rest of the people who have after this practice, several people accessing the course with the same password and email. Each license is personal and non-transferable.
Your login details (access) are personal and non-transferable. The system is able to detect when your login has been shared with another person outside the course, in which case your login will be blocked indefinitely. Likewise, the resale of the courses is prohibited.
In the event that this clause is breached, access to the course will be canceled immediately, without reimbursement, and the corresponding legal actions will be taken.
When you purchase the products and/or services of Escuela Español Vivo, you are given access to the development of my work and to my own “know how”, both the structure and the “know-how” of Ana María Meizoso Loureiro. They are under a confidentiality contract, which means that you will not be able to develop the same knowledge as Ana María Meizoso Loureiro, nor will you be able to share with anyone else the same way and structure to develop your services.
Any use not previously authorized by Ana María Meizoso Loureiro will be considered a serious breach of intellectual and Industrial property rights, reserving all civil and criminal actions to assist me to safeguard my rights, under the warning of incurring a crime against the intellectual property of art . 270 and following of the Penal Code.

Right of withdrawal
You can test the products offered on the web for free for 7 days. During the first 7 days you will have access to part of the Español Vivo Method. After this period, you can buy the course or program you want and the right of withdrawal (money back) of the purchase made after the 7-day trial is not recognized because it is understood that you have had this time to try it for free and be able to decide.
You will not perform and/or download in full any course without having purchased it before in accordance with the provisions of article 109.g of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
Regarding the services, no right of withdrawal will be offered once it has been fully executed or when it has begun.
Exclusion of guarantees and responsibility
I cannot guarantee the technical continuity of the web, the absence of failure or interruptions of the service nor that the web will be available or accessible 100% of the time for reasons beyond the control of Escuela Español Vivo or fortuitous causes and/or force majeure, viruses, computer attacks and/or actions by third parties that cause the total or partial impossibility of the provision of services as well as other unforeseeable causes such as the incorrect functioning of the internet.
Although I put all the means so that this does not happen and I promise, as soon as I have knowledge of such incidents, to carry out the actions aimed at their restoration or repair, except for the concurrence of causes that make it impossible or hinder their execution.
I only guarantee the provision of services consisting of providing content for immediate download or the performance of the purchasing service.
I cannot offer a guarantee of the results you get with the product purchased because the work you do will always be necessary to obtain results, I give you absolutely all the guidelines you need and all the help and my knowledge, but you have to do your part.
Processing of personal data
In accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, the data will be treated by Ana María Meizoso Loureiro as “Clients and Suppliers” with the appropriate purposes for treatment:

To the extent that the interested party has authorized it; being the responsibility of the user the accuracy of their personal data.
Unless expressly opposed, the Client expressly consents to the processing of their personal data to send information of interest, news and offers about products and services through any means, including email.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition through the email ana@escuelaespanolvivo.com along with valid proof in law, such as a photocopy of ID or equivalent, indicating in the subject “Data Protection”.

Causes for dissolution of the contract
The dissolution of the service contract can occur at any time by either of the two parties. You are not bound by conditions of permanence with Escuela Español VIVO if you are not satisfied with our service. I may terminate or suspend any and all contracted Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, in the event that you do not comply with the conditions set forth herein. The following will be causes for dissolution of the contract:
- The falsity, in whole or in part, of the data provided in the process of contracting any service.
- Altering or circumventing in any way the security technology provided by Escuela Español Vivo.
- Any breach established throughout the conditions.
The dissolution implies the loss of your rights over the contracted service and the immediate termination of it.
European consumer regulations
The European Commission has created the first European platform for the resolution of conflicts in electronic commerce covered by the latest consumer law. Ana María Meizoso Loureiro, as the person in charge of this online platform, has the duty to inform her Clients about the existence of an online platform for alternative dispute resolution.

Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
Our contractual relationship will be governed by current Spanish regulations and any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Arrecife unless the applicable Law provides otherwise.
